Currently seeking interns for our 2018-2019 season!

Colt Coeur is a young but highly-respected, Brooklyn-based theatre company.  We are an ensemble of innovative theater artists committed to creating bold, unabashedly entertaining work that explores themes of coming-of-age, of individual and collective identity, of nostalgia and history, of public versus private, of love, lust, and loss.  Founded in 2010 Colt Coeur has mounted eight world-premiere productions, both to critical and popular acclaim, and is currently operating under the leadership of Artistic Director Adrienne Campbell-Holt.

We are currently seeking 3-4 interns to work on a variety of projects during our 2018-2019 season.  These projects include: CoCo Residents group of 6 playwrights & directors, the world premiere production of Joan (opens January 19th 2019), the 5th Annual Parity Plays Fest (this year co-produced with WP Theater, running January-February 2019), our 9th Annual free Theater Intensive for Brooklyn teens (February 22-25, 2019), and the world premiere of Hatef*ck by Rehana Lew Mirza (running March-April 2019, in a co-pro with WP Theater).  The minimum internship commitment during this period is 1 day/week (roughly 8-12 hours).  Full-time (35 hrs/week) internships are also available and offer greater engagement and increased responsibilities – and may be tailored to working on specific shows or programming.
